RETURN & CANCELATION

What is your cancellation policy?
At Od’s Fashion and Beauty Supplies, we believe in helping our customers as much as possible, so we have a liberal cancellation policy.

Cancellations can be considered if made within 24 hours of placing an order that has yet to be shipped. However, if your order has been charged but has yet to ship, there will be a 15% restocking fee. 

If the item has shipped and is received at our location within 48 hours in the unopened package it was shipped in, we will issue a refund with a 15% restocking fee, less original shipping fees.

Before returning any items, you must contact us for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). 

Return shipping charges are to be paid by the customer, not Od’s Fashion and Beauty Supplies.

You will be contacted if a cancellation item is received at our warehouse, open or without an RMA.

Outside these conditions, we are not able to accommodate the cancellation request.

I changed my mind. Can I get a refund?
Due to our stock being new one-of-a-kind designer merchandise, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

I need another size. Can I get an exchange?
We will allow an exchange for another item of equal or higher value within 24 hours of purchase if the item is in new and saleable condition, with all original labels and tags attached. A request for an exchange must be made within 24 hours of receiving the item or finalizing the purchase. The item MUST be in the same condition that it was received (unwashed and unworn) with ALL designer and store tags attached. Unfortunately, this policy cannot be extended to intimate items like bras, panties, swimming suits, or bikinis. 

We CANNOT exchange any item if it has been worn, washed, damaged, or has missing tags.

Don’t hesitate to contact us through email (sales@odsfashion.com) or WhatsApp for a return authorization number. If you have already received the package, you must return it to our address at your expense. After we receive the package and it meets our policy, we will contact you to confirm the details and have the exchanged item sent out.
